Browns vs. Steelers: Live updates from Cleveland’s Week 3

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Browns are trying to make their way back into the national arena as they host the Pittsburgh Steelers in a division rivalry, football game Thursday night. The match kicks off from First Energy Stadium at 8:15 pm

Brown comes off a devastating 31-30 loss to Gates, as a 13-point lead was wiped out over the last two minutes.

Brown’s key will be whether they can launch their attack on Earth. Last week, Cleveland rushed for 184 yards, as Nick Chubb and Karim Hunt combined for 98 in the fourth quarter alone.

With Jacobi Brisset in the middle, Kevin Stefansky has committed to managing football. Nobody ran more than two yards from Brown in the first two weeks of the season. Cleveland has 76 lunge attempts – only San Francisco have done them in two weeks.

The Patriots managed to smash 118 yards off their backs last week.

Defensively, Brown is looking to show that they’ve cleaned up communication issues between the secondary. In front of both the Carolina and the Jets, they gave up choppy plays due to misunderstandings, which is partly what led to the Jets’ comeback on Sunday.

Brown is 7-2 at home all time in Thursday night’s games, winning each of his last six games.
