Kane business speculation, catch up with the penguins

Our folks in New York have been chewing on the premise of trading Matthew Barzal for something for him before he hits a free agency. Huberdeau’s massive deal in Calgary paves the way for a massive deal for David Pastrnak and the Boston Bruins. Teddy Blueger and Pittsburgh Penguins need a good break, too.

And it’s Huberdeau’s signature that generated my favorite title that day as well. “Huberdeau is elated with the extension…” Give me $84 million, and I’d be a little excited, too.
